Rehearsals

Rehearsal venue:  Sleaford Methodist Hall, Church Lane, Sleaford Time: Concert Band 10.30 – 12.30 pm Saturday mornings Subscription: First week free thereafter £2.00 per week Parents of under 16’s are requested to collect their children after their rehearsal unless otherwise notified to a Concert Band Official.  During rehearsal children must remain inside the band room. We have a Child Protection Policy which is available from Jayne Field (Vice Chair) on request. Members are requested to look after all band equipment, to return all music pads to the storage box, pack away, chairs and music stands at 12.30pm and to help other band members with equipment where necessary.

Joining the Band / Players Wanted

Players wishing to become a member of the full Concert Band will be at least grade 3 and should be prepared to audition with the Director of Music and relevant section leader. Specifically Sleaford Concert Band are looking for a tuba player, a bass guitarist and clarinettists. Please call 07513 489 674 if you are interested in joining the band.
